High Expansion Foam Compound

High expansion foam concentrate compound is made with high efficient foaming agents as basic material. It will produce an extremely stable long-lasting foam, which makes it effective on a wide variety of Class A and Class B fire risks.

Description

High expansion foam concentrate compound is made with high efficient foaming agents as basic material. It will produce an extremely stable long-lasting foam, which makes it effective on a wide variety of Class A and Class B fire risks.

High expansion foam compound 3% & 6% will form an effective vapor barrier in hazardous material spill and fire fighting situations. It will combat three-dimensional fires where flooding is the objective( such as marine engine spaces, paper warehouses, airplane hangars and underground mines. The finished foam has superior drainage characteristics which increase its ability to carry water to the fire, acting as a positive aid to effective fire extinguishment.

Application

For Class A and B hydrocarbon fuel fires

3% & 6% high expansion foamconcentrate is a kind of synthetic foam extinguishing agent and usedto put out fires in limited spaces, where it needs the total flooding of areas and direct application of conventional fire extinguishing agents such as water is difficult or impossible due to smoke or restricted access.

Proportioning rate:
G%   3 parts concentrate to 97 parts water.
G6%   6 parts concentrate to 94 parts water.

Storage / Shelf life

3% & 6% high expansion foam concentrate compound shall be stored at a cool, dry and well-ventilated room with the ambient temperature between -5℃~45℃.

Avoid mixing with other chemicals or extinguishing agents during transportation and storage.
Three years shelf life at least. As with all foams, shelf life will be dependent on storage temperatures and conditions.
